Yoga with Mylee-Mondays at 6 PM
Join us on Mondays at 6 PM for Yoga with Mylee! Some of the many benefits of yoga include improved flexibility, strength, and mental health. It could also help relieve stress, inflammation, and anxiety. Sign-up is not required; show up wearing comfortable clothing that is easy to stretch and move in. Gentle Yoga with Mylee
This gentle yoga class will benefit everyone especially beginning yoga students. Learners will be taught to link breath and movement with poses that will create space in the body releasing stress and emotion built up throughout your day.
