Choose the Right Yoga class for you!

Beginners and new to Yoga

Class Focus: Beginners yoga is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome.

Mondays:  January 10th – February 28th (6 pm – 7 pm)

Chair Yoga

Class Focus: Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. This class will particularly help to assist those with balance issues or anyone who has trouble getting down to and up off of the floor.

Fridays:   January 14th – March 4th   (10:00 am – 11:00 am)

Vinyasa Flow

Open levels for experienced yoga students

Class Focus: Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with & guided by deliberate breath. … This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than 5 – 8 breaths.

Wednesdays:  January 12th – March 2nd (6 pm – 7 pm)

Yin Yoga

Class Focus: Yin yoga is an excellent practice for beginners. It gives them plenty of time to uncover the unique benefits of individual poses without worrying about tricky transitions. It is a slow-paced, passive type of yoga that incorporates long holds and deep breaths for a stretch that gets right into the muscle fibers. Yin yoga involves a series of seated and supine postures, typically held for 3-5 minutes at a time. During these prolonged periods of stillness, the yogi experiences a surrendering sensory awakening that melts away residual tension and stress. Long Yin yoga holds are also known to release repressed or stored emotions, leaving the yogi feeling lighter, clearer and completely relaxed. It’s also a tried-and-true technique for yogis of all levels to experience full body release. Those recovering from an injury or looking to lengthen versus strengthen will feel right at home in a Yin yoga class.

Wednesdays:  January 12th – March 2nd (7:15 pm – 8:15 pm)

      We aren’t requiring reservations. Just come to the classes of your choice.
