Tai Chi Classes

Moving for Better Balance and Healthy Living
Mondays & Thursdays 1:00 pm
Starting March 15th, 2021
Classes will be in the Library Auditorium
Call Alona Smith at 1-888-439-5331 to pre-register.
Must be 60 years of age or older
No prior experience is necessary!
Classes will be for 6 weeks.
Classes are limited to 9 participants and a mask is required.
An additional class will be offered if there are more than 9 participants enrolled in the first class.

Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Classes

Vinyasa Classes 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Yin Classes 7:15 pm – 8:15 pm
