Moving for Better Balance and Healthy Living
Mondays & Thursdays 1:00 pm
Starting March 15th, 2021
Classes will be in the Library Auditorium

Must be 60 years of age or older
No prior experience is necessary!
Classes will be for 6 weeks.
Classes are limited to 9 participants and a mask is required.
An additional class will be offered if there are more than 9 participants enrolled in the first class.

We are happy to provide you with our Yoga classes online.
Go to the Library’s YouTube Channel for all our classes. We will be adding more online YouTube videos as they become available. So keep checking back. We hope this helps us all make it through this challenging time. We are so fortunate to receive this Health Grant again this year. We will continue to provide classes to help educate our community for better health.
